A few stories

Berner Oberland? But! Really?

For more than 15 years I have been cooking with pleasure and enthusiasm. More and more friends wanted to enjoy my delicious food.

On the recommendation of a good friend – to whom I will be eternally grateful – I founded “L” Table d’hôte in 2012.

It became clear that the next step would be Gastronomy. So I obtained my license from GastroSuisse Vaud in 2014.

In 2016, I decided to take the next step by looking for the region to which I could bring something new and modern while respecting local traditions. I quickly found it near Interlaken and pitched my tent in Isenfluh in 2017.

Today I am very happy and settled in my new home sweet home in the Bernese Oberland. Since the end of 2019, I have opened the restaurant which allows me to practice my new profession with passion and professionalism, as both Cook and Caterer!

My cooking, my promise!

My dishes are simple and generous and I am a low-temperatur cooking enthusiast. The products I use come mostly from local and regional agriculture and are highlighted by a cuisine that respects the product.

My enthusiasm and energy in cooking for my clients make me a little happier every day. Organizing a reception is always a celebration for me, from conceiving the menu to sharing the meal, including of course the cooking and pastry-making. All of these steps are both fun and discovery for me.
